Workshops and Therapeutic Groups

Some things become clearer through individual therapy. Others emerge through shared experience, creativity, meaningful encounters, and the experience of being part of a group.

The groups I offer provide a therapeutic space that complements individual work. They invite you to slow down, pay attention to what is happening in the present moment, and develop a deeper awareness of yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

Each group takes a different approach. Some draw on writing, others on the presence of a dog, walking, observation, or shared activities. What they have in common is an emphasis on direct experience and active involvement.

The group itself plays an important role in the process. It offers support, reflection, and opportunities for change. The thoughts, feelings, and experiences of one person often resonate with others, opening new perspectives and fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Working in a group can bring into awareness feelings, insights, images, and personal strengths that may otherwise remain in the background of everyday life. It creates a living and supportive environment where personal growth is enriched by contact with others.

No special skills or previous experience are required. Simply bring your curiosity, a willingness to explore, and respect for your own pace as well as that of others.

Groups are intentionally kept small to encourage genuine connection, create a sense of safety, and allow careful attention to each person.

I invite you to explore the different groups presented below.
