How I Work?
I work with adults, couples, therapists and other counselling professionals.
Each setting has its own framework, while sharing the same attention to the individual, their history, and their personal journey.
Therapy offers a space to step back, explore your experience, and find greater freedom in your choices and in the way you engage with life.
Particular attention is given to what is happening in the present moment: in your relationship with yourself, with others, and with your environment. Therapy is shaped by what is alive and present for you, while respecting your own rhythm and individuality.
Depending on the person, their stage of life, and their needs, different approaches may be appropriate.
Over the years, I have learned that there is no single path to growth and change. Some people benefit from an individual space, while others find support through couples therapy, group work, or settings that encourage creative expression.
Individual Therapy
You may come with a specific difficulty, a period of suffering, a life transition, or simply with the feeling that something in your life deserves to be looked at differently.
Individual therapy can help bring greater understanding to your experience, shed light on recurring relational patterns, and support the changes you wish to make.
Session duration : 45 minutes
Couples Therapy
Over time, some couples find themselves caught in repetitive tensions, misunderstandings, or a quiet sense of distance.
Couples therapy offers a space to understand what is happening within the relationship, restore dialogue, and explore new ways of being together or, in some cases, of separating peacefully.
Sessions duration : 100 minutes (I don’t have any space available at the moment)
Supervision
Supervision is a space for reflection, learning, and creativity for professionals.
It offers an opportunity to step back, reflect on clinical situations, strengthen one’s practice, and gain greater clarity in one’s work with clients.
Supervision is offered either individually or in small groups of six to eight participants.
Individually : 45 min.
In a group : in accordance with the terms mutually agreed upon.
Writing Workshops
Writing workshops create space for imagination, creativity, and surprise.
Through a variety of prompts, participants are invited to write from what is present in the moment. Writing then becomes a way of listening to what is seeking expression, allowing new images to emerge and, at times, discovering something unexpected about oneself.
Sharing texts enriches the experience and opens new perspectives on ourselves, others, and the world.
Workshops generally include six to eight participants.
Dogs as Mirrors
I also explore another path of self-discovery through the presence of dogs.
Dogs sometimes perceive in us what we ourselves may overlook: a tension, a hesitation, a subtle emotion. Within this approach, the dog becomes a companion in self-discovery, helping to reveal aspects of how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the living world.
These workshops take place primarily outdoors and in small groups of four to six people and their dogs.
Session Guidelines
Address : 176 avenue du Prado, Marseille.
All consultations take place within the framework of professional confidentiality.
Languages : English or French
To ensure the quality and continuity of our work together, a few practical guidelines are important:
- appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance,
- appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or missed appointments, except in exceptional circumstances, will incur a compensatory fee equivalent to the usual session fee,
- payment is made at the beginning of the session (or by bank transfer before the appointment),
- any delay will shorten the session accordingly,
- ending therapy is considered part of the therapeutic process and is something we prepare for together.
Psychotherapy consultations are not covered by the French national health insurance system. However, some private health insurance providers may reimburse part of the fee. A receipt can be provided upon request.
An initial conversation allows us to explore what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels appropriate.
