Long before I became a therapist, I was drawn to stories, books, and the way words allow us to explore what lies within us. Over time, writing became another way of observing, understanding, and sometimes transforming human experience.
My work as a writer sits at the crossroads of several interests: psychoanalysis, literature, human relationships, animals, and, more recently, the questions raised by artificial intelligence.

This article explores how the words, rhythms, and images that appear in a person’s speech reveal the way they organise and make sense of their experience.
It examines how attending to this aesthetic dimension of language can become a valuable therapeutic tool, helping to illuminate certain impasses and open new possibilities for change.
